ORDERS & SHIPPING

1. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required.

2. How fast is delivery in the UAE?
If you're in Dubai, you get next-day delivery when you place your order before 1 PM. Other emirates usually receive their orders within 1–2 business days.

3. How long does international shipping take?

GCC: 3–5 business days
Other countries: 5–7 business days

Shipping times are estimates provided by Swftbox, our trusted logistics partner.

4. Can I place an express or special order?
Yes! Just send us a DM on Instagram @bbeachwear.shop or email us at info@bbeachwear.shop, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

5. How can I track my order?
You’ll receive shipping updates via WhatsApp using the number you provided at checkout. If you're not on WhatsApp, you can track your order using your tracking number here.

6. Will I have to pay customs or taxes?
Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country. These are not included in our product prices and are the customer’s responsibility upon delivery.

7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Cash on Delivery (only for orders within Dubai).

RETURNS & REFUNDS

9. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

Unworn and unused
In their original packaging with hygiene seals intact
Accompanied by a proof of purchase

10. How do I start a return?
Email us at info@bbeachwear.shop with your order details, and we’ll send you step-by-step return instructions.

11. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days. It may take longer depending on your bank or card provider.

12. What if the courier couldn’t deliver my international order?
If the courier is unable to deliver after three attempts, we can refund the product cost — but customs and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

PRODUCT & CARE

13. Are your bikinis sold as sets or separates?
All our bikinis are sold as sets, with both the top and bottom in the same size.
If you require a different size for the top and bottom, we may be able to accommodate your request depending on stock availability. Please contact us by DM or email before placing your order.

14. Do you have a size chart?
Yes! You can find our Size Chart on each product page to help you choose the perfect fit. If you're between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for comfort.

15. Can I customize my bikini?
Yes! Many of our bikinis feature loops for charms so you can personalize your look. For special customizations or requests, feel free to message us.

16. How should I wash my bikini?
Hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry. Avoid bleach, machine washing, and wringing to keep the fabric and details in perfect condition.
